Rude staff, especially one lady who never smiled or said please. Surrounding area had graffiti and boring concrete buildings.

The staff at Brianza were friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the noise from the trams outside my room, but the hotel did mention this when I asked for a room with a balcony. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast had a decent variety, especially the croissants and pastries.

The hotel had fantastic transportation options, with easy access to the Duomo di Milano by metro and trams running in the evening. It was also conveniently located very close to the area I wanted to be, near Castello square. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff provided excellent service.
